It's also generally known that sports activity constitutes one of the fundamental parameters of healthy lifestyle. In such a way if you want to save health you should take regular exercises. In addition to all the above mentioned suggestions on the healthy lifestyle it's necessary to underline that visiting a doctor once a year for total physical test is also essential so as to prevent any serious illness. And eventually, it is significant that every person respects himself as individual creature and loves his professional activity. Being happy is also very important parameter of saving health.
